PRN (IRVINE, CA)--On 2 July 2007, PRNewswire reports Netlist, a company that designs and manufactures high-performance memory subsystems for the server and high-performance computing and communications markets, is developing additional manufacturing capacity in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Netlist maintains its headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Irvine, California, and recently implemented cuts in expenses and personnel. Netlist suffers from negative impact of revenue due to the decline in the Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) market and the related decline in demand from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers.
