Beijing Olympics Set To Boost Global Adspend By USD3 Billion
BR (LONDON)--On 2 July 2007, advertising/marketing/media company Brand Republic reports via Zenith Optimedia that next year's Olympic Games in Beijing is set to increase global advertising spend by an estimated USD3 billion (£1.5 billion (pounds)). China itself will be responsible for an estimated USD1 billion of the spend surrounding the games, with USD2 billion spent across the rest of the world.
